Is it really free to post?
Yes. You can keep up to 5 live listings free, with photos, a map pin and a plot outline. There is no subscription.
What do I pay for?
Only buyers pay: ₹20 to see an owner’s full mobile number for one listing. You pay once per listing, and the number stays in My contacts.
Can dealers and brokers list?
Yes. Owners and dealers can both post. If you are a dealer, say so in the listing.
Do you verify listings?
No. We do not verify listings, owners, titles or prices. Visit the property, check the original papers and never pay an advance before you have seen them.
How do I mark my plot on the map?
While posting, drop the pin and draw the outline as a polygon, rectangle or circle. Buyers see the shape, and its area is shown for reference.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, any time, from your account page. Your listings, photos and everything attached to them are erased.
